I was introduced to Lean while in a Plant Manager role at Kodak Canada in 2000, receiving training and mentoring from various senseis, including Shingijitsu of Japan. I have been able to continue developing my Lean and 6σ skills and have applied them in senior Operational and Corporate leadership roles to help organizations progress on their Lean journeys achieving significant business results. With a strong technical engineering background, I have manufacturing, supply chain, food and healthcare industry experience working in unionized and non-unionized organizations, and in large corporate as well as entrepreneurial environments.
Adept at assessing current state, I have established future state visions, developed transition strategies and plans, then successfully executed to achieve business results by engaging employees and changing the culture of the organization to deliver sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. As an effective change agent, I have driven organizational transformation with the ability to train, coach, counsel, and empower individuals to achieve peak performance and create winning teams.
To further enhance my ability to partner with clients to help them maximize their personal and professional potential, I have completed the Adler Professional Coaching program and have ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
